6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item), orixta.shop will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if your purchase qualifies under this policy.

8. Refusal of Returns
